Welcome to White Pine Cottage, a cozy, family-friendly retreat in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Whether you're visiting family, exploring the city, travelling with children, or simply looking for a comfortable place to relax and unwind, our cottage offers the privacy of your own space along with plenty of extras to make your stay memorable.

The Cottage:
White Pine Cottage is a separate guest cottage located on our property, offering guests their own comfortable home away from home. The cottage is thoughtfully equipped for both short visits and longer stays, with everything you need to settle in and feel at home.

Inside, you'll find comfortable sleeping and living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and convenient amenities for everyday living. Families with young children will also find books, toys and other thoughtful touches to make travelling with little ones easier.

We provide bedding, towels and essential household supplies so you can arrive, unpack and start enjoying your stay.

A Great Choice for Families:
We especially love welcoming families to White Pine Cottage. Beyond the cottage itself, guests have access to an unusually large selection of outdoor activities right on the property.

Depending on the season, you can enjoy:

• A 24-foot heated saltwater pool (July & August)
• A large children's play structure with two swings, a tire swing and two slides
• A Springfree trampoline (seasonal May-October)
• Table tennis (seasonal and setup on request)
• A fire pit for relaxing evenings outdoors
• Plenty of outdoor space to play, relax and enjoy the fresh air

Many of these outdoor amenities are located in shared areas of our property. Our family lives on-site, so you may occasionally see us outdoors, but we respect our guests' privacy and want you to feel comfortable enjoying the property during your stay.

Travelling with Young Children:
We know how much extra planning can go into travelling with children, so we've tried to make White Pine Cottage an easy place for families to stay.

Inside the cottage, we can provide a selection of toys and books, including magnetic building blocks, wooden trains and tracks, stuffed animals and books for a range of ages. A toddler bed and crib are also available. Please let us know what you would like during your stay and we'll have ready before you arrive.
Outside, there's plenty of room for children to play and burn off some energy without having to pack everyone into the car in search of entertainment.

Relax and Enjoy the Outdoors:
White Pine Cottage isn't just for kids. Adults can enjoy a quiet morning coffee, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or simply enjoy having more outdoor space than you would typically find at a hotel or apartment-style rental.

During pool season, the large heated saltwater pool is a wonderful place to spend a warm afternoon without leaving the property.

In fall and winter, the cottage takes on a different feel—a cozy home base for exploring Fredericton and the surrounding area, visiting friends or family, or enjoying a quieter getaway.

Your Stay:
Guests have private use of White Pine Cottage and can come and go independently using keyless entry.

We live on the property and are available if you need assistance, but otherwise we'll give you your space. Most communication can be handled easily through the booking app. If you'd like a quick orientation when you arrive, we're also happy to show you around and explain the cottage and outdoor amenities.

Thoughtful Extras:
We've tried to anticipate the little things that can make travelling easier. The cottage includes everyday essentials as well as a few extras you may have forgotten to pack.

The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking staples such as salt, pepper, spices, sugar, sweetener and coffee supplies, making it easier to prepare meals without purchasing every little ingredient.

You'll also find clear instructions for the cottage's appliances, TV, keyless entry and other features, so you can spend less time figuring things out and more time enjoying your stay.

A Comfortable Home Base in Fredericton:
White Pine Cottage offers something a little different from a typical hotel stay: your own cottage, room to spread out, outdoor space and activities for the whole family. A 10-minute drive to UNB or St.Thomas University and a 12-minute drive to Fredericton downtown core.

Spend your days exploring Fredericton and the surrounding area, visiting family and friends, or simply staying close to home and enjoying everything available on the property.
