THE KITCHEN

THE BEDROOMS

Your private enclosed verandah is made for slow mornings and easy evenings. Because the verandah is enclosed, you can relax in comfort and privacy at any time of day.

SAFE, SECURE AND EASY

Your comfort and peace of mind matter to us. Stonebrook Vista is a quiet, well-kept residential community with a staffed security gate. When you arrive, simply give your name to the security team; they will be expecting you. The home has its own gated driveway with a remote-controlled gate and plenty of room to park.

Check-in is smooth and contact-free with our smart lock. Before you arrive we will send you clear, step-by-step arrival instructions with photos, so you can let yourself in whenever your flight lands, day or night.

For everyone's security, there is one exterior camera at the property that monitors the outside of the home only. There are no cameras inside the house.

THE LOCATION: THE BEST OF THE NORTH COAST

Falmouth sits right between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, which makes Serenity Rest a wonderful base for exploring Jamaica's north coast. You are close enough to enjoy everything, and far enough from the crowds to truly relax.

Beaches (about 5 to 10 minutes): Spend the day on the white sand and calm water of Burwood Public Beach, or choose a beach club such as 876 Beach Club, Blue Waters Beach Club or Bamboo Beach Club for loungers, food, drinks and music.

Montego Bay (about 35 to 45 minutes): Head to the Hip Strip for shopping, dining and nightlife, relax on Doctor's Cave Beach, or enjoy an evening at Pier 1, Margaritaville or Coral Cliff.

Ocho Rios (about 75 to 95 minutes): Make a day trip to climb the world-famous Dunn's River Falls or ride the Jamaican bobsled at Mystic Mountain.

EAT LIKE A LOCAL

You will not go hungry here. A roadside jerk spot just outside the back gate of the community serves freshly prepared jerk chicken, fried fish and festival, and a local fruit stand by the nearby stoplight sells jelly coconut, pineapple and sugar cane. In town you will find Pepper's Jerk Center, fresh seafood at Tipsy Tuna, casual dining at Flavaville and dinner beside the Luminous Lagoon. For something sweet, treat yourself to a scoop of famous Devon House I-Scream.

EVERYDAY CONVENIENCE

Everything you need is close by. Supermarkets, a fresh produce market, pharmacies, banks and familiar favourites such as KFC and Pizza Hut are all a short drive away in Falmouth. A 24-hour gas station is only minutes from the house, which is very handy for early starts and late returns.

GETTING AROUND

Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is about 30 minutes away. We recommend renting a car so you can explore at your own pace; there is free, secure parking at the house. If you prefer not to drive, we are happy to recommend a trusted local driver for airport transfers and day trips.

- Jamaicans drive on the left-hand side of the road.
- US dollars are widely accepted at tourist spots, but Jamaican dollars are best for markets, roadside vendors and tips.
- Drive times are approximate and can vary with traffic.
