« The upside...We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The host was very accommodating; she met us when we arrived even though it was late due to flight delays. She explained how to use the tram and was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed upstairs is very firm but comfortable.
