« Gave me a handicap bathroom, which was a nightmare with young kids, dirty hallway floor- kids feet were black after a bath. Did not have coffee or cups for breakfast. Stained sheets »

« if you like scalding hot coffee - they got it. what they need to do is get different coffee cups. the lids don't fit. cups are not big enough. and get some better furniture. seems like they put chairs in the rooms that are purposely uncomfortable. »

« We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would...

« The staff was friendly and helpful when engaged. However, our room was not cleaned the entire stay (had to request service)...mindful of the property's policy of housekeeping service every other day - yet it never happened across 4days. Property well maintained and near to restaurants & shopping. Stayed there about 3-4 times and would try this property again. »
