The room was clean and the people that checked us in was nice. The down part was the breakfast. There was people in there eating and a man shirtless eating and leaned on counters was a deterrent for us

We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The outside of the property was very under managed. Everythingâs overgrown had been mowed yet and this is April outside. Seating was covered. Had to sweep the porch to keep from tracking stuff in. Lotta stairs missed that in the pictures.
