Mid to Long-Term Stay Requirements
This property requires a minimum stay of 90+ consecutive nights.All reservations are subject to the following requirements:
* A separate long-term rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before the reservation is finalized.
* A security deposit may be required.
* A professional mid-stay or monthly cleaning is required every 28 days. Cleanings will be scheduled in advance and charged separately.
* Trash pickup is required every 10 days and is charged at $35 per pickup.
* Monthly property inspections will be conducted with at least 24 hours' notice
* Early departure does not qualify for a refund. Long-term cancellation and reservation-change policies apply and will be detailed in the rental agreement.
* Included utilities and any applicable usage terms will be specified in the rental agreement.
* The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the entire stay.
* All required fees, payment schedules, and long-term rental terms will be provided for review before the reservation is confirmed.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. Last-Minute Bookings 
For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. 

This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID
* A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
