Jackie was very pleasant. She was very accommodating to let us check in a little early. The apartment is bright and airy and nicely furnished. It is within easy walking distance to the Erie Canal and various shops.

Comfortable, cozy and clean place near the Canal

For anyone who wants a very comfortable place to rest after walking the historic canal or the lovely streets of Fairport, this is it. All the amenities you need away from home and beautifully furnished.

Apartment is just as it is described, very clean and updated. Lots of nice touches (snacks, coffee, bath products), A/C worked perfectly and beds were really comfortable.

Great place/great location

The apartment is perfect. Fairport is a great canal village. The apartment is within walking distance of all Village restaurants, shops and attractions. We stay here whenever possible during visits to Rochester. Highly recommend.

We loved this cute, cozy apartment for the weekend. It was immaculate in cleanliness and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for three adults. It is a true gem in the village of Fairport.

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed the apartment. Perfectly situated to walk to all of Fairport's amenities. The master bed was very comfortable, the place was plenty spacious and comfortable. Host was very quick to respond to the one request we had while we were there.

Great location and plenty of space in unit, and clean. Host provided coffee and a couple of snack including delicious loaf of bread from local bakery. Very close proximity to village-just a stone’s throw to Fairport Brewing. Limitation to times available to use back porch and run dishwasher -did not impact our stay but could be inconvenient if staying for a week or longer.

Charming apartment in Fairport

Ideal location for our stay over the holidays. Walkable to family and into the village. Cozy bedrooms. Bathrooms a bit cold when it got really cold (teens). Sweet gift bag when we arrived. Some quirks, but I'd definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay in Fairport!

This unit is perfect for a family or for a few friends. It has three bedrooms, all beds are decent or better. There is a full bathroom and a half bath as well as two living areas. The kitchen is small but has everything you could possibly need. We found the unit to be very clean and welcoming. The owner is what I would like to highlight. She was made aware of a small issue on the day we were arriving. Before my family and I even headed toward our destination, she called to brief me on the situation. It turned out to be a bit worse than she had hoped. However, she immediately took action and provided a solution that made it so our trip was completely not affected. To boot, she left us a welcome gift which was both very thoughtful and very much enjoyed!I highly recommend this unit and owner. The location offers many things within walking distance. The community is welcoming toward everyone and is a great base point to visit the greater Rochester area. You can grab some great local food; enjoy live entertainment; take a scenic walk down the Erie canal; or venture out further and explore. Enjoy!We will be back!

Great place

Perfect space for my family (group of 4 visiting the 5th who attends a Rochester-area college). Great Fairport Village location—walk to all the amenities. We’ve stayed the last two times during the NCAA Tourney, and the living room is a perfect set up for post-dinner relaxing in front of the tv. If it were available whenever I visited, I’d without question stay here every time.

Really nice apartment and close to the Erie Canal

My wife and I with one of our adult sons used this apartment for a layover on our trip. Val did a very nice and tasteful renovation. The bedding and linens are top shelf and the kitchen is well equipped. There are two areas to relax and spread out as well as a porch for evening libations. Great accommodations!

It was a great place in a great location

The apartment and the location were perfect. We slept 4 adults very comfortably with enough linens and beds for each one of us. The apartment was clean and the host was very welcoming and left us a gift bag of local treats. It is within walking distance of small shops, restaurants, salons, and ice cream parlors. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities including coffee, oil, and spices.

Great spot for a Fairport weekend

My sisters and I were in Fairport for a weekend, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We loved walking around the Village (and over to the Canal for some spectacular gelato!) and then coming back to relax at the apartment. Lovely gathering space in the living room and kitchen--with an AMAZING gift basket waiting for us when we arrived!--and great that we each had our own bedroom. The host is 5-star, with prompt and friendly communications. We also appreciated the plentiful parking. Will definitely stay again when we return to Fairport!
