We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well. »

« How do I even start this review honestly? This house, and its location is magical. Every single second of every day spent here was amazing. We woke up and saw rainbows, snow falling miles away on the peaks, heard and saw wildlife and farm animals, saw the milky way galaxy, all while feeling right at home in this beautiful house. « The house was very clean, kitchen stocked with essentially cookware, seasoning dishes etc. kids loved the air hockey table and king sized bed in a secondary bedroom. Wife loved the heated floors in the master bathroom and hot tub. Ginger was great and responded very quickly to any questions asked. Straight forward check in/ out instructions. Even has a cool fishing pod a half mile down the street. »
