*Must have 4-Wheel/AWD with chains in the winter months
*Good cell phone service in the mountains of CO does not exist in general. Please do not depend on it. But with Starlink Satellite Wi-Fi, it is a new world! DIRECTV is available. (Log in to the WiFi on your phone to make calls out).

***More Important Things to Consider***
*Before coming out, please research altitude sickness. You may also want to spend a night in Denver (at 5,280 feet) to help you adjust, and bring a few “Boost Oxygen” type canisters to have on hand.
*Some companies offer rental options for oxygen concentrators if you believe you may struggle more than others.
*Make sure you are hydrated before and during your stay.
*Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season. Please contact us for help. (You may also find
overnight parking in other areas of Summit County, such as Frisco or Dillon.)
*Overflow parking available for larger vehicles at public paid lots. Please be advised that there is no street parking.
*There are exterior cameras/surveillence.

***Wildlife Considerations***
*Please remember how dangerous they are up close; stay in groups, and watch children and dogs.
*The first level is fenced off, but it's mainly for children and dogs to play while supervised.
*Wildlife has been known to break into the fenced area; therefore, we sometimes find gaps in the fencing. In winter, the gaps can sometimes be hard to see.
*We don’t suggest playing outside at dusk or in the dark.
*There is a strong possibility you will see Elk, Moose, Bear, and many other mountain animals.
*Ensure food prepared and/or eaten outside or on the decks has been taken inside before evening. Bears and other animals can climb up to the decks.

*Primary/Booking Tenant must be 25 or older
*No Smoking/vaping in the home - exercise extreme caution when outside so as not to spark a fire, even in the winter.

*No unapproved parties/events

*Parking for many, and it is a steep driveway in spots, so 4WD is mandatory in Winter.

*No garbage/food left outside
*There are exterior surveillance cameras
*Dog(s)/Children cannot be left unattended in the mountains

*Maximum occupancy is 18 (including children over 2 years old)
*Dog fee applies: $130 (2 dogs maximum)
