PARKING
You will have access to the driveway with space for up to three (3) vehicles.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Fairmont Hot Springs (10 km): In just under 10 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont's famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.
The Whiteway (32 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.
Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 7-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
Fairmont Ski Resort (13 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.
Panorama Mountain Resort (53 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell Mountains.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
8. Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.
9. Please note that guests are not allowed to use the private beach access points of Columbia Ridge or Spirit's Reach. The nearest (and best!) beach access point is at Tilley Memorial Park, just a 10-minute drive south.
