« Great check in. Easy. Great pillows. Comfortable beds! »

« Breakfast was pretty good as usual. The room was adequate. We didn’t find out til we arrived that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction. (It was quite a mess and the hotel was full of construction workers and equipment). We wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known that. We did get to use a nearby hotel’s pool, which was nice, but had to drive there. We also didn’t realize they don’t clean rooms during your stay so had to ask for towels, shower gel and toilet paper. »

« The huge complex layout, is good for parking!! The beds were so comfy that my 7 year old son slept for 9 STRAIGHT HOURS!!!!! I FEEL like some folks need to re- read that.... lol »

« Simple but clean at the time we stayed and breakfast had a few choices waffles yougurt, bread, bananas and mini doughnuts. Coffee a little weak but there was fresh miñk which was nice. The place was quiet and perfect for me sand my sons stay »

« We reserved and paid for a multi-bed room. When we checked in just before 6 pm, we were assigned a one-bed room. We immediately came down to the front desk to notify the front desk of the mistake. But the front desk clerk just told us that they could not switch because the hotel was fully booked, without trying to check to see if there was any multi-bed room available at that time. I'm sure at that time, which was relatively early for check-in, there were multi-bed rooms available, since that's...
