« My daughter love Hartwell and minimalism so we had her wedding at the Botanical gardens. This was her mother and my house for the weekend and we entertained the whole wedding party (10 folks) easily for dinner for a couple of evenings. Very quiet. Very well supplied. One lil family stayed an evening with us and the baby enjoyed the deck with us and the walks to the water to throw rocks. Our dogs were worn to a frazzle walking back and forth to the water. « The property is in a quiet area, on the water and very close to a boat launch. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Relatively close to stores, resteraunts. Very comfortable. Only down side is only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. Would definitely stay again. »

« The bungalow was a perfect place for our family to spread out during Clemson family weekend. The Seneca location was a nice escape after a long game day on campus. Our college daughter even spent the night with us for a night and used one of the rooms to get a good night's sleep. The desk in the bedroom came in handy while she studied for an upcoming exam. « This was our second time at this beautiful getaway home. Outstanding architecture and peaceful surroundings. We did have some visitors at the falls as we were there during the July 4th week, but that would be expected on a a summer holiday. They were at the bottom of the falls and did not bother anyone. « What a great way to experience lake life. The cabin was clean and just as described in the listing. If you ever visit during a heat wave like we did no worries the dock is shaded at 3pm and is the perfect time to float in the water and cool off. Spent most of the time on the screened in porch and at night played backgammon in the outdoor lounge area. Sammy responded quickly. Hope to return next year for the 4th of July again. »

Trailer behind this house is literally a few feet from the lower deck but no one was there during our trip. Upper deck is a great spot for a morning cup of coffee. »
