« Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. « We had a lovely stay at Santa Maria. - The cottage was super peaceful with a beautiful view onto cypress trees - Very comfortable - not too hot and not too cold - Great swimming pool - The Internet was great - Only a short drive to Lake Bolsena or Orvieto - Lovely gardens with beautiful peacocks - The dogs were very cute (and polite) and the little grey cat, Grigio, was our favourite morning visitor Highly recommend it! »

« Endroit idéal pour une famille qui cherche le calme et la tranquillité. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment top pour se ressourcer après une balade ou une sortie en VTT. Maison située à 5' en voiture du lac où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants qui proposent une terrasse juste en bord de lac. L annonce et les photos correspondent tout à fait à la description de la maison. Encore merci à Daniella et ses parents pour leurs nombreux conseils. »

Cucina perfettamente accessoriata, camera molto spaziosa (in cui stavano comodamente un lettino è una carrozzina, oltre all’arredo già presente) e sala da bagno con jacuzzi.
