« The Globe is perfectly located in the middle of town within walking distance to shops and waterfront.
They offered a great breakfast and dinner menu alongside a cozy pub atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent and our room was perfectly clean and restocked when we came back every day!

« The host was superb and very accommodating to our needs. We needed to stay another night and he graciously made room for us. He helped us locate restaurants, bus stops and Exeter sites. And he was a pleasant conversationalist. He always made us feel welcome. »

« The bedroom is really comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (I finally tried the typical English one), the hotel is very close to St David's station (less than 5 minutes walking in the rain and carrying a heavy luggage), and also to the city center. The bathroom was shared with one another bedroom, but it was cleaned quite often. »

The manager take the right to enter in your room while you are naked to take you out of the room even if the front desk agreed to give you a late checkout at 12:00.
Police has to come to fix this situation.

« While the concept of having rental rooms above a pub is charming in theory, I can assure you, it’s less romantic in reality. The room we rented was very tiny, not the cleanest, and musty. It was equipped enough to dwell for the night but the mattress felt very old and it squeaked at any slight movement. Also, the noise from the pub activity was incredibly loud (hence the ear plugs provided) and once that subsided, our lovely “neighbours” in the room next to us blasted music and babbled drunkenly...
