Little Moat Studio
A newly renovated self contained space above our double garage with views over the Warwickshire countryside.
The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads.
We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.
The space
The space includes a king size bed, small kitchenette (single electric hob, microwave, kettle and fridge), seating and an en-suite bathroom. We do have a single sofa bed which would be suitable for a child and we are able to provide travel cots and highchairs should they be required.
The property has private parking and a key safe for arrival meaning you are able to come and go as you please.
We have a large garden with a moat that you are welcome to explore, but we have also created a separate area to give you some privacy at the back of the garage. It's a real sun trap with seating and a gas BBQ if you feel like doing some cooking whilst you're away!
Whilst the property does not have a washing machine, use of our home appliances could be arranged for guests wishing to stay for a longer period of time.
The property is within the garden of our family home and we have two very friendly dogs who are often playing in the garden and looking for attention!
Please note: Access to the property is up a flight of very steep external stairs. There is a hand rail and can be a stair gate when required.
