Timber & Tide is a brand new designer home on a quiet Everett street. The whole house is yours: a private fully fenced yard, a cedar sauna, three sleeping spaces, free parking, pets welcome, and no check out chores.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

Two main-level king bedrooms, each with blackout curtains, ceiling fans, smart TVs, luxury bedding, and luggage racks. The kind of quiet you don't get at a hotel.

Then there's the secret attic. It's hidden in the loft behind the curtains, up a ladder. Cedar-lined, string lights, bean bag chairs, a memory foam queen piled with pillows, and a plush campfire to gather around. Kids climb up and disappear for hours. The loft doubles as a second living space.

YOUR PRIVATE BACKYARD

This is what sets us apart, and it works year round. The whole yard is fenced and gated, so the kids and the dog can roam and you can actually relax. Fire up the propane grill, then move to the covered patio for dinner under string lights with seating for six, rain or not. As it cools off, settle into the Adirondack chairs around the real wood-burning fire pit, or call everyone over for giant Jenga. It's the kind of outdoor space that usually costs a two-hour drive.

THE SAUNA

A Redwood Outdoors sauna, steam and heat, seats 4, built from natural cedar. It's the reset after a travel day, a hike, or a long shift. Plenty of guests book us for the sauna alone.

IF YOU'RE HERE FOR WORK

Boeing Everett is 8 minutes away. There's a dedicated workspace, 300 Mbps Xfinity wifi, a full kitchen, and a brand new Samsung washer and dryer, which is what actually makes a long assignment livable. The heated bathroom floors and the sauna handle the rest.

KITCHEN AND BATH

Fully stocked and ready to use. A coffee bar with locally roasted Bargreens beans, tea, organic spices and honey, GreenPan ceramic cookware, wood and silicone cutting boards. The bathroom is stocked with non-toxic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

LOCATION

Harborview Park and the water are 3 minutes away. Howarth Park is under 5, good for a morning run, a decompression walk, or a slow sunset. Downtown Everett is 10 minutes, Boeing Everett is 8, and Seattle is about 35 without traffic. Close to everything while staying tucked away and quiet.
