« We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. »

« Great place! We had a mother/daughter weekend and this home was perfect for our needs. Not only did it have great decor, they did a good job anticipating the needs of guests and stocked accordingly. I appreciate the super comfortable beds & cozy bedding, but for me the pillows were too puffy - personal preference though. The home is close to the grocery store and on a quiet street, which was a nice bonus for us. When we find ourselves back in Eureka Springs we’ll book this home again. »

« Everything was perfect, the location is very convenient. They have dedicated parking one block away down the hill and you can sometimes catch the free parking across the street. If a event scheduled has a parade, it is usually routed right down spring in front of the house. I really appreciate the amount of effort to restore this home and you feel like you are going back in time when you step inside. Hanging out on the porch relaxing before walking down spring to shop hang out was nice. ...

« This was everything you want when you rent a house! Amenities exactly as described or better. Here’s what stood out: the signage and welcome packets meant we knew how to use every single thing in the house. The downstairs bedroom is on the basement level (built into the side of the hill) so it was windowless and perfectly chilly. Best sleep literally since we had kids six years ago. I slept until 8:30… unheard of. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee, creamer, basic spices, a little oil) and...
