« Great place to stay! Nice and clean. quiet place to stay near where the DGPT plays! »

« We were not in town to shop. Made it to the brewery and it was nice. »

« This home and host were top notch! The fenced back yard and the ice in the freezer were great perks! The host went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. Great place to stay, close to everything! »

« Felt so at home! We stayed here with five adults. Beautiful home, great location, everything you could need, plenty of room, the most comfortable beds, and easy check in/out. Pat was fantastic with communication and made sure we had all we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at another of their properties next time we visit! »

« Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes. »

« The house wasn't that clean upon arriving, but we stayed there and on the second night we stayed there and got back we found COCKROACHES on the counter and in the bathroom on main floor. On top of that the homeowner denied my claim on wanting a refund on a 5 night stay. Vrbo said there isn't nothing they can do its all up to the home owner who was no help! Terrible experience! »

« Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking. »

« Great place, everything was right!! Will definately stay again! »

« This is a cute, convenient little cottage in Peoria Heights. It’s convenient to East Peoria and other areas in Peoria. Peoria Heights has a quaint area with shopping and great restaurants. Hearth is mt all-time favorite restaurant. I also highly recommend Two Sisters if you like antiques and vintage items. »

« Thanks had a good time. Close to many things and comfortable. »

« We absolutely loved our stay! The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything was comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and quick to communicate whenever needed. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! »

« The initial communication was good. However the property has issues that need to be addressed: mold in the basement, a syringe was found above a ceiling fan when the handyman came to service it. Once I advised the host of this all communication stopped. We couldn’t use 1 of the bedrooms and on the main floor due to it looking like a make-shift bed frame that could break at any moment. The tub was filthy & there were ants in there. I feel the cleaning crew is sub-par & has not been forthcoming...

« Excellent communication and help. Instantly accommodating. Couldn’t be happier. »

« I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And only TWO HORRIBLE PILLOWS ON THE BED. NO EXTRA ANYTHING. The bed was very comfortable, but I had to by pillows bc the ones provides were so thin. Extra linens and pillows would have been great. Also a bigger trash in the kitchen. A bath mat by the shower. And said...

« Very comfortable. The mattress was particularly nice. All the basics in the kitchen, including coffee. The host was extremely responsive. »

« The great things about the house:-attractive, comfortable furniture-very comfortable mattress-plenty of towels-lots of hangers (thanks!)-laundry baskets in each bedroom-washer and dryerThe less-than-great things:-the driveway has a deep hole near the street-when we arrived, the driveway was wet and muddy; the welcome mat was dirty and soaking wet, so we tracked mud into the house. There was no mat inside the door to wipe our feet.-the floors were dirty—once a mop was provided, I mopped the...

« Place is not what it is cracked up to be in the pics. Must have big critters bag of rat poison sitting on the furnace…. »
