Conveniently located in the quiet Greenside Park neighborhood, you'll enjoy easy access to Old Town, family-friendly parks, and area attractions.

Highlighting the golden age of American architecture, the home's original features include hardwood floors, beautiful stained glass, ornate trim, and clawfoot tubs in both bathrooms (one is a combination shower/tub, the other is an extra-long bathtub with a handheld shower wand). The updated kitchen comes equipped with sparkling counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling home cooking with ease. Decorative fireplaces adorn the open living area and dining room, adding an elegant touch of ambience for family gatherings. Unwind on one of the living rooms sofas while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or hosting a game night at the six-seater table. The formal dining room can accommodate up to eight for at-home meals.

Additional home essentials include complimentary WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and an automatic lift off the kitchen (for those with accessibility needs only).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: We have a camera that is located on the main house that looks into the small courtyard between the two houses. The back door of the Vacasa Rental can be seen but the main focus is the Carriage House next door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
