Visiting Eugene, Oregon offers the perfect mix of natural beauty, local charm, and vibrant culture. Whether you're strolling through scenic parks, exploring local shops and restaurants, or enjoying a Ducks game at Autzen Stadium, there's something for everyone. With easy access to hiking trails, rivers, parks and nearby wineries, Eugene is a laid-back, welcoming destination ideal for relaxing or adventuring.
The space
Nestled in the desirable Ferry St. Bridge area, Corner Oaks Retreat is the perfect basecamp for exploring Eugene. Enjoy being just minutes from the city’s best restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions—all within easy reach of this warm, welcoming space.
Welcome to our thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bath home—part of a beautifully handcrafted duplex! My husband and I transformed this house with care and creativity, doing all the work ourselves, and we’re excited to share one side of the duplex with guests seeking a comfortable and stylish stay in Eugene.
This private unit includes a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a longer visit, you’ll find the space functional, inviting, and easy to settle into. A rollaway bed is also available upon request to comfortably accommodate a third guest.
Please note that this is one side of a duplex, and the neighboring unit is occupied by long-term renters. The two units share one wall, so we kindly ask that you respect their space and keep noise to a considerate level.
Guests have one dedicated parking for one car in the driveway next to the unit entrance.
Only one vehicle is allowed in the driveway. Any additional vehicles or other guests need to park in the free street parking available directly in front of the property. This ensures our long-term renters next door can easily access and use the driveway.
Traveling with a dog or little one? While we don’t have a fenced yard, there’s a front yard for pets to relieve themselves—just please be sure to clean up after them and have them on a leash. Oakmont Park is also close by. Just a 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) via Oakmont Way, you’ll find Oakmont Park—a lovely 5.7-acre neighborhood park perfect for a quick stroll, playtime, or letting your pup stretch their legs. It’s a great nearby spot to enjoy the outdoors. We’ve provided pet dishes and blankets for your convenience—feel free to use them during your stay!
Please Note: Corner Oaks Retreat is a completely smoke-free environment. For the comfort of all guests and our neighbors, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the space clean and welcoming for everyone.
The street outside is a bit busy, which makes the location super convenient—but it also means some road noise comes with the territory.
