New Property in Carlton Landing-Nolan's Nook- Pet Friendly

Welcome to Nolan's Nook- 45 Ramble Along

“Nolan's Nook” at 45 Ramble Along has all the charm of Carlton Landing, with the added luxury and function of new, high-end construction (completed in 2021). This professionally designed and decorated 3-bedroom (plus loft), 2.5-bathroom home can sleep 10 guests comfortably and includes spectacular amenities such as a firepit and 4 kids swings in the backyard. It is also just steps from The Tower Court Pool, Pistache Park, Trails and The Meeting House.

Walk through the front door of this deep green home into the spacious living and dining area which are flooded with natural light. The elegant kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs. There is a half-bathroom and laundry room located on the first floor of the home.

The second floor features all bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is the well decorated king suite. The second bedroom on the right is the bunk room with twin over full bunk plus twin pull out. The Third bedroom features a king bed- The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The final sleeping area is the loft with a queen bed- a great space for kids to hang after a long day at the lake or pool.

No detail is overlooked at 45 Ramble Along. Each of the four bedrooms features a smart tv to allow for all your favorite streaming needs. It is the perfect home for girls' trips, work retreats or multi-generational families looking to make unforgettable memories in Carlton Landing!

Nolan's Nook has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Extra amenities for guests to enjoy: Cornhole set, pickleball set, disc golf frisbee, soccer ball, football and basketball.

Nolan Nooks allows 30 pounds or less pets.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.
