« Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! Now thats service! Food was great, the swiming pool was great. 11/10 stars! Definetly would come back! »

« We treated ourselves to luxury accommodations in the perfect part of town. Check in was smooth, and the room was amazing, we got exactly what we paid for and more!We were able to hit all the tourist locations at least once and were able to walk to all of them, even though we had access to the complementary Lexus.The sunset and nighttime views from room 824 were amazing, The attached restaurant on the 16th floor facing the water is breathtaking, morning or evening. »
