The India food was much better than any Indian Restaurant we know on Vancouver Island, and the kitchen staff was able to make excellent Western style breakfasts when we wanted them. All of the staff were great, from the front desk to the porters. Even if I were to stay in a less expensive hotel in Hunder, I would definitely come to this hotel just for the meals! »

« The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. »

« It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer. »
