Nestled in the quiet pines, this hillside townhome sits right at the heart of Estes Park. With two bedrooms, one full bath and parking for two cars, the perfectly convenient location will set the perfect mood for a mountain getaway.
The front door leads to the cozy living area with an electric fireplace, a Love Sac sectional that easily transforms into an additional sleeping area, and a large TV.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully-stocked kitchen and laundry nook. Further down the hall are the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The bathroom is adjacent to both rooms.
Wild Flower also offers a private patio area with a gas grill for summer barbequing.
This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which has a few rules. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere on the complex. These units are in close proximity to each other. Be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours begin at 9 P.M.

1.3 miles to downtown Estes Park and 3.9 miles to the Beaver Meadows (South) entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park

Estes Park is a DARK SKY community - Please bring a flashlight

Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

Hiking, Climbing Week

Enjoyed the property. Location was perfect for our trip. Only downside was extremely noisy upstairs neighbors for the last couple of days. Lots of noise very late at night that disrupted our sleep. Not the owners' fault that the neighbors were extremely inconsiderate. Would definitely stay here again.

Wild Flower Estes Park

Overall excellent stay and great location if you plan to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is conveniently located a short (5 minute) drive to town, which is full of great places to eat and drink.

Cozy and nicely decorated

This two bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen, and the small couch was very comfortable. This apartment is below someone else and we could hear them walking around above us but it was not loud. We found the master mattress to be quite firm.

Nice place to stay

This is a basement condo, no AC, and hard to cool on a warm day. The condo needs updated. The washing machine works but has problems, the internet did not work for half of our stay and therefore the TV also did not work well. Management fixed the internet but we still were unable to access Netflix or Prime or any movies the entire time. The kitchen is a mix of leftover dishes and could use new dishes, especially more drinking glasses. Cleanliness was average. We would not stay here again.

Great spot

Only one issue: We arrived and condo had a smell to it. Management immediately brought in a deodorizing machine and after an hour it was gone. Great location to Estes Park and nearby restaurants. Very quiet complex (so nice). We selected this place because of location, 2 rooms, kitchen and a much needed washer and dryer inside the unit. All were exactly as photos show and everything worked. We will stay again in the future when returning to Estes Park..

Do not stay here

The smell of this place alone was enough to make my husband and our friends not want to stay. The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean at all. The listing online was not what this property actually was. It was insanely hard to find as well. We were told we would have 3 parking spots, but we only had 1 the entire time we were there so we had to leave vehicles in other family members locations. The Skyrun team was not very helpful either.

Not the condo described online

Property was OK but I was quite disappointed that it was described as a condo when it is really a lower level apartment with another residence above it. Result was noticeable noise caused by upstairs occupants.
