Fore! Welcome to the Sixth Fairway, a quiet refuge located (you guessed it!) along the sixth fairway of the Estes Park 18 Hole golf course. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse is perfect for enjoying a walk or a very short drive into Town, about 1.8 miles. Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen or on the BBQ grill on the back deck. Walk to your tee time or enjoy the views over the golf course and the mountains surrounding the area. The 18-hole golf course and encompassing area are great places for wildlife viewing, so keep an eye out for elk, deer, and various birds year-round.



Upon entering, you will be greeted by the main living area. This great space is an open concept layout that offers views of the golf course and tons of natural sunlight. The living area is highlighted by the stacked stone gas fireplace, leather love seat, and leather sleeper sofa. There is a smart TV on the fireplace mantel for your entertainment. Next to the living area is the dining space with a gorgeous wood table that comfortably seats 6 guests and a great view of the golf course. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and all stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen is well-equipped to make great meals or a light snack. Out the back door is a nice-sized deck with impressive views, outdoor seating, and a propane grill for use. There is a convenient half bath (sink and toilet) on the main level as well as a washer and dryer closet.



Upstairs features the property's two king bedrooms and one shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet). The first king bedroom faces east and gets lots of morning light. This room has a TV and a ceiling fan for added relaxation. King bedroom 2 faces west and takes in the afternoon light and sunsets. There is a private balcony to let the fresh mountain air into the room. This room also has a TV, ceiling fan, vanity, sitting area for comfort. Come, stay, golf, and enjoy this cozy home away from home at Sixth Fairway!

The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The internet for the TV was intermittent, especially the first two days of our stay. I would recommend stocking the unit with a few more trash bags and dishwasher detergent (only two of each were provided for our four night stay).

Location was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Great communication with hosts. Property was clean and in a great central location. The only downfall was the upstairs bathroom the door kept getting stuck making it hard to get out. The beds were big and spacious but not very comfortable. All things considered it was a great stay and we would return.

Great location. Lots of wildlife around. The condo really needs some care. The upstairs bathroom door knob does not work and if you close it and it latches, good luck getting out! Also, the tub/shower is Extremely slick. They really need to supply a rubber mat or install grip tape. Bedroom carpets seemed really dirty. Will not be staying there again.

Short stay

We stayed 2 days on our way home from a family trip. The kids wanted to see elk and within five minutes of arriving there was a big herd on the golf course behind the house. The house was very clean and looked like the pictures. The only complaint we had was the couch cushion on the pullout couch needs to be replaced because it is flaking off and the washer needs to be cleaned.

RMNP Trip

We stayed here for a few days while hiking at RMNP. The place was great. Throughout our stay, we saw a lot of Elk on the golf course behind the propery - which was fun, and it was very close to the park entrance (10 min), clean, and well-stocked for cooking. My only negative, that we missed this on the listing, was that it did not have A/C at all. No central A/C and they did not offer and plug-in A/C systems. When I asked about this, they said it was common that places in the area did not have A/C. There were ceiling fans upstairs, but those alone struggled to get it cool. We were traveling with a toddler, so this was a bigger deal to us than it may have been to some. As a recommendation to the host, providing a plug-in floor A/C unit, especially during peak summer, would be nice. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. It really was good - just calling out the A/C so others are not surprised as well.

Great stay

This was our second stay at this property. The location is great, and it has comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a view of the golf course. Estes Park, RMNP and the surrounding areas offer plenty of activities to fill a five-day trip.
