Mount Acoma 38 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Marys Lake. The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. Spend evenings on the private upper deck while taking in the mountain views.
The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. The laundry area is on the lower level just down the hall.
With central AC to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Overall happy with the unit. Great location for visiting RMNP and Estes Park. Beautiful mountain views. Well-supplied kitchen. Main floor/living area very nice. Primary BR and bath on lower level are very spacious. Second BR and bath on main floor are tight (photos make BR look larger) - - but king bed very comfortable. Carpet on main floor and stairs going down need a good professional cleaning. Gas fireplace in main BR not working. TVs are hard to navigate - would be helpful if printed instructions were available.

We really enjoyed being away from the busyness of downtown on Labor Day weekend, while still being close with very easy access. Nice place. Clean and great views from the deck. The main floor is a little cramped, but it was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying at Mount Acoma. The location was perfect to go to RMNP and central to shopping centers to pick up anything we needed. The condo was spacious and clean. The view of the lake was a nice touch. I can’t wait to come back.

Was nice, some work is needed outside the door to the deck(main floor) and in the bathroom downstairs. The ceiling fan on the main floor doesn't work on medium speed, and gathering you turned off the fireplace downstairs as its doesn't work and we couldn't get the downstairs to warm up, maybe it is meant to be that way. If so, information would be helpful. Thank you.

Great views and location. Easy to get to every thing. We had our adult child come meet us in the mountains. Good space- bedroom and bath upstairs could be bigger but worked for us. Nice condo. Great communication from Skyrun. Overall very happy with our stay.

Nice property for a short stay.

Nice place for a short stay. Fantastic view off balcony. Smelled musty, especially upstairs, which is never good. Signs everywhere to remind you that you're in a generic, mass owned place. Didn't feel like "home". I'd stay there for a weekend again if I knew it wouldn't smell, otherwise, I'd probably shop around some more.

Rocky Mountain Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at your property. Check in was easy, instructions of property were well laid out & the view from the balcony was spectacular. The properties pool was nice to use after a long day of hiking, but was disappointed that the Hot Tub was out of service during our stay (knowing this isn't reflective on your individual property). All in all, highly recommend this location to others looking to rent for Colorado vacation. Thank you

We have been very happy with our stay. Location of this property was close to all attractions. It was clean and well stocked. I would recommend putting a couple of chairs on the deck off basement level so the views can be enjoyed without having to go up. Also the shower in the downstairs bedroom has a pretty weak stream so we all used the shower upstairs. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Loved our stay here! We had 4 adults and one kid, and there was plenty of room! The location is great! No parking issues. We were able to park right by the condo. Beds were comfortable and condo had everything we needed!

Mother’s Day Get Away

SkyRun always makes it easy to reserve, check-in and check out. I have stayed at 3 different units over the last three years, I have never been disappointed. Everything is top notch, cleanliness I rate an A+. Gorgeous views from your outdoor patio. The quiet is so welcomed since your stay is outside of town but close enough to enjoy the restaurants, shopping and RMNP. Go have fun, relax and make memories!!
