Fantastic place! Perfect for our family of four. Really great location. Easy walk to everything in Estes Park, shopping, coffee, dinner. Really enjoyed the river walk. And the easy walk to the Visitor Center to catch the Hiker Shuttle made getting in and out of RMNP very easy! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Owner was super responsive to questions during our stay.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and well appointed. It was perfect because part of our group went to Eldora for snowboarding and although the rest of us didn't have a car we walked to shops and restaurants in the quaint downtown and along the riverwalk. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park too.

Weekend getaway with friends and family. The condo was in such a good location that we were able to walk everywhere to explore the town to shop, drink and eat. The property was perfect for us offering us a centrally located home base with plenty of beds and space.

This was a beautiful modernized loft in an old downtown business building. It’s immaculate with many thoughtful details. The location is perfection and the beds are incredibly comfortable! We loved our stay and are grateful for this property!

Everything about this immaculately clean property is comfortable and well thought out. The location is perfect (walking distance to restaurants, shops, and even the grocery store). And the host is super responsive and kind. This was our second stop of a three-stop trip and definitely our favorite. We hope to come back soon!

I cannot say enough good things! This property is so stylish
 I thought the photos looked nice but they do not do it justice. The place is so spacious and unbelievably clean. The person that designed the buildout/decor/renovation has fantastic taste, so chic yet still relative to the greater scenery. Very well-appointed with everything you need and more to enhance your stay. The location is extremely desirable and exactly where you want to be
 right on the river, steps from dining and shopping, and just down the hill by mere minutes to trails and all kinds of activities in this vast and beautiful land. The host was beyond exceptional. She couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful, or responsive and we are super appreciative. We loved staying at this gorgeous property so much we are trying to think of a reason to return just so we can stay there again!

My wife and I spent 5 days here while we hiked RMNP. It was just as nice as the pictures, and situated right on the main road in Estes Park. Super convenient to get to any of the shops and most of the restaurants.

Lovely stay where we could walk and enjoy Estes and proximity to RMNP! Loved the laundry and the large living area for our family of 6. Would have loved AC in bedrooms but we opened the windows and used the fans in each room. So easy to check in and check out! Thank you for a great time!

Estes Park is great! No need to give details on this wonderful Town. The Condo was just perfect. It has lots of room and is beautifully decorated. It was in a great location for just about everything to do in Estes. Lots of restaurants and activities are so close. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal if you want to save some money or just have a more cozy meal with the other guests. I thought maybe the outside sounds would be intrusive because it is so close to businesses and downtown, but it was really quiet with a great front window for people watching. Brittany was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions as well as just checking in with us before, after and during the stay. The little details she provides in the condo are great, snacks, games, etc. We can't wait to stay here again! I hate to give a great review because we want to keep this gem to ourselves.. Lol. Book this condo, you won't regret it!

We stayed in Estes Park and hiked every day in RMNP. This modern, immaculate condo is right in the town with coffee shops etc. out your door. Brittney is lovely and she provides everything you will need. We would stay here again if we return to Estes!!
