Enjoy slow mornings with coffee on the balcony, where the dining table lets you share meals overlooking Longs Peak. A separate patio with chairs and tables offers another spot to read, relax, and enjoy the mountain air.

After a day outdoors, gather for a friendly game of pool or settle into either living area for an evening together.

Downtown Estes Park is a 5-minute walk away for coffee, shops, and restaurants. Leave the car behind while exploring town, and enjoy convenient EV charging at the home between outings. Rocky Mountain National Park is an 8-minute drive away for hiking and scenic drives.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining full bathroom, with a separate half bathroom nearby. Downstairs, two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A fold-out bed in the downstairs living room provides additional sleeping space. Bedding and linens are provided.

Only guests staying downstairs must use stairs. The main floor has everything you may need.

Laundry is available. Parking includes two garage spaces and two driveway spaces, with convenient EV charging at the home. Stairs connect the two levels, and the fold-out bed is in a shared living area. Parties are not permitted.

Estes Park is a true mountain destination, which means weather and wildlife are part of the experience. Snow conditions can change quickly in winter months, so a vehicle suited for mountain driving is recommended when storms are possible.

This home is located within an HOA community. Exterior maintenance is handled by the HOA on their schedule.

Cell service can occasionally be spotty in the mountains depending on your carrier, though Wi-Fi is provided.

This is a pet-free home to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside (on the patio or deck) of the property.
