    Very nice modern home with amazing views to include an outside patio to enjoy grilling and mountain sunshine! 3 bed/2 1/2 bath with plenty of room to sleep 6 adults and one additional twin bed on a small pull out couch. Beds are all handcarved logs... the condo is very mountain themed. Home includes everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
    Explore the magnificent RMNP for hiking and elk/moose/deer sitings!!

Beautiful rental. Lovely area. Just a short walk to the lake and downtown. We saw multiple elk pass by. Also enjoyed the outside space. Host offered good suggestions for the area.

Great place to base our RMNP trip! So close to town, very spacious and comfy. Host were great with communication. Elk right out the back door was an added bonus.

The property location is tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing but located within walking distance to town. The host was responsive and accommodating with our special request for a Keurig for coffee. The condo is super spacious and yet feels very cozy. Will definitely make a return booking in the future!!

Our stay in Estes Park was wonderful and the home was just as described in the listing. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location of the property was ideal for a family of varied ages. It is in close proximity to town, RMNP, and all that the town has to offer. Great stay.
