Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.

- The use of communal facilities and areas in a manner contrary to their intended purpose is strictly prohibited.

- Activities that generate noise or cause disturbances to neighbors are not allowed.

- Garages must be used exclusively for parking. They may not be used for storage or to carry out any kind of work. This poses a safety risk, and the insurance will not cover any incidents that may occur.

- It is strictly prohibited to leave rubbish in hallways or communal areas.

- Smoking is not permitted in the elevators or common areas.

- Please avoid entering elevators while wet.

- Cigarette butts must not be discarded in the communal areas of the complex.

- Dog owners (if pets are accepted) must comply with the following rules:

- Dogs must always be kept on a leash within the complex.

- Owners must prevent barking during designated rest hours.

- The swimming pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please avoid noise during rest hours: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- The paddle court may be used until 10:00 p.m., with rest hours also observed from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
