The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden furniture, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, gym / fitness centre, central heating, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, garage the same building, 1 Tv.In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. Online check in is mandatory due to Spanish authorities. Parties are forbidden, Minimum age of 25, families and couples only.

The pool is open year-round; however, please note that it is not heated.

Opening hours are daily from 10:00 to 22:00.



There are no scheduled closure periods, but short service-related closures may occur from time to time. In such cases, residents are typically informed via building notices or emails on short notice.



Access to the pool is granted via the same key fob used for building entry.



To maintain a pleasant environment for all residents, please be aware of the following community rules:

– Eating or drinking in the pool area is not allowed.

– Guests are expected to keep noise levels down and avoid disruptive behavior.

– Please note that there have been frequent complaints regarding loud noise and unsupervised play in the area.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
