Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. « The website is false and misleading, only one pool and only 1 bar and the Italian restaurant is closed for good because it’s now an event center for the casino! Your only options are buffet with no gluten free options as they advertise! You have food at the bar when the lazy chef feels like cooking, the bartenders are awesome kinda felt bad for them to have to listen to everyone complaining about the awful resort! The gym and mini golf (only thing they offer) is outdated and disgusting, too bad...

« My stay at the Fred was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. The property was beautiful, clean, & well maintained. The front desk manager Delia was very professional & helpful throughout the stay. Being able to text the front desk staff was so helpful and convenient. Special shout out to Jerome, the day time bartender. His professionalism, amazing energy, & charismatic nature really enhanced our experience there. The house keeping staff was amazing and always on top of keeping the rooms clean....

« J'ai aimé la plage et la mer. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins et répond aux questions posées. Je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont le transport de l'hôtel vers les différents points d'attraction se fait. Si tu n'as pas de voiture il faut négocier le prix du transport avec les chauffeurs de taxi. Les prix peuvent être exagérés si tu n'as pas d'idée. Ce n'est pas réglementé et il faut payer cash . »

« The room was comfortable and had more amenities than other places I have stayed in St.Croix. The owners were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful and the breeze enjoyable in the evening. You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable. »
