Only guests use this beach which was nice. It was very hot so we didn’t really hang out on the patio. AC worked great. Perfect spot for a home base while exploring the island. If you want a quiet peaceful stay this is the place for you. »

« Our stay was amazing. A beautiful view of the beach from the living room balcony. Everything you could possibly need to cook or eat with was there. The sheets were so soft on the beds. Plenty of towels including beach towels. So many extras usually not included (Beach chairs, snorkeling gear.). We definitely made lots of fun memories here and will be back. »

« This is a true home away from home! Waking up each morning to a spectacular view - ferry entering the harbor and the morning sea planes taking off. You feel like a part of this island! And you you are above it all, in the quiet watching life unfold! The place serves up such cool reminders that we are indeed in the Caribbean. « The host is perfect and very knowledgeable of the island. Always available to answer any questions. The condo is centralized and a short drive from anything. The free bottle of rum was a nice addition. Super comfortable and climate controlled after a hot day at the beach. Would stay in this property over and over. »

Definitely need a car to get around. There are taxis available if you don't feel comfortable driving on the left. The unit itself was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. « The Apt was great and well appointed. Location perfect & communication was excellent. The HOA needs to set up their maintenance and over all up grade a few things. We liked it was a gated community, had a pool and walking beach to sea with good snorkeling. Saw lots of fish turtle and hammer head. »

« Great trip overall. Property was clean and description was accurate. No issues with the area. The island itself has issues with road maintenance so there are potholes everywhere so drive with caution. Snorkeling out from the property was excellent. Tons of turles eating the turtle grass and saw many stingrays also. No issues overall. The power does go out often in the area but unless youre sitting inside all day you dont notice other than the clocks on the appliances blinking. Power isnt out...

« My best friend and I stayed here the first week on June. We had an incredible time and absolutely loved the condo and location. The views in the morning were something I still miss!! We enjoyed the island, the beaches and the local cuisine. We really enjoyed taking a trip up to the Mt. Pellier Domino Club to feed the pigs beer! That was super cool. All in all, this condo and the host Gina were amazing. I would recommend this rental to everyone coming to the island for vacation. »

« Great property with enough room for the entire family. We never felt crowded. The beach was about 30 ft out our back door. Perfect. There were a few stairs up then back down to get into the property ( I had my elderly dad with me., other than that it was perfect. The property had everything we needed ie. Linen, dishes, washer dryer ect. »

« We stayed with Brooke at Coakley Bay and the time passed far to quickly. The condo has perfect views, plenty big being 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Easy to find, Brooke was always available when we had questions. The diving was spectacular and dining was great. I recommend Dunigans for Lobster. The condo has a great pool that is warm and perfect for relaxation. We would buy the place if it were available. »

« The property was well maintained and felt relatively safe. My unit was updated, beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If I were to suggest one thing it would be to have some place to hang and/or store clothing. I didn’t really need it but it would’ve been nice to hang a few shirts and get other items into drawers or shelves. Perhaps my unit was so newly updated, they hadn’t gotten to that just yet. »
