« My brother and I have visited to Roswell a few times in recent years and stayed in other places, but this has been the best. The space is beautifully put together, very comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, with helpful placards everywhere so you always know how things work without having to ask. The location is very convenient to the main road while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The backyard is a huge highlight and absolutely incredible – my brother and I spent a lot of time out there...

« Property is a dump! House is garbage. I wouldn’t go out after dark in that neighborhood. The outside is trashed. Total misrepresentation about the house. Wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. Host ignored are my communications. Most of the neighborhood is abandoned houses, including those next door. Do not stay there. »

« Close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadeloupe National Park. Carlsbad is a nice town with plenty of eating and shopping options. We did make several meals and had what we needed to do that. »

« We loved our stay. We used it as our base to visit Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National Park. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, with TVs in every room (except bathrooms). My kids loved learning and playing pool. There is a Walmart nearby if you want to get groceries and make your meals, and plenty of local and chain restaurants if you do not. We would definitely stay again. »
