« One major complaint. The morning waitress, Nadia, was absolutely horrible. Too busy playing with her mobile device and then disappearing for over 15 minutes. We had to go into the prep area to ask for our check. The late afternoon/dinner waitress, Wendy, was phenomenal. The night time bartender was also on top of his game. The late shift supervisor, I believe her name was Paula, was also exceptional. »

« Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. « Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. »
