« Room window shade was in the up position when we got to our room (approx7:30 pm) Cord used to raise and lower blind was broken at the top right . Had to lower blind manually to block light . We were on the first floor also, we had a room on the first floor with walk in shower. This was great because I am recovering from kneecap surgery on my left knee .
