« L’hotel m’a décompté à 2 reprises la facture sur ma carte de crédit !! Malgré 2 mails envoyés, je n’ai aucun retour de leur part. Je l’avais déjà signalé à la réception; on m’a répondu que c’était résolu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le séjour terminé, il n’y a plus aucun service à la clientèle. De la part d’une chaîne hôteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !! »

« From the walk up the front porch to the moment we walked inside we were impressed. This cottage is adorable, spotless, cozy, and smelled glorious! The hosts clearly put a lot of thought and love into every inch. Great use of space and LOVED all the special touches like the record player and awesome little album collection and the San Antonio memorabilia.
