« L’hotel m’a dĂ©comptĂ© Ă  2 reprises la facture sur ma carte de crĂ©dit !! MalgrĂ© 2 mails envoyĂ©s, je n’ai aucun retour de leur part. Je l’avais dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception; on m’a rĂ©pondu que c’était rĂ©solu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le sĂ©jour terminĂ©, il n’y a plus aucun service Ă  la clientĂšle. De la part d’une chaĂźne hĂŽteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !! »

« The area homes are stunning! Felt very safe walking to and from the Riverwalk/Alamo areas. Driving in and around area is easy. The apt is wonderful! Just as advertised. The hosts answered any questions immediate. We would definitely stay here again if we returned! »
