« Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The customer service was poor from check-in to check-out, with staff showing little interest in addressing our concerns or providing a welcoming experience. The room was not clean upon arrival. We noticed dirty surfaces, an unclean bathroom, and overall poor housekeeping, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. »
