The chalet has been thoughtfully renovated to create the perfect mountain retreat, whatever the season.

On the top floor, you will find four stylish bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Comfortable beds are dressed in soft Egyptian-cotton sheets, and every guest is provided with a sumptuous robe for an added touch of comfort.

All of our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries from a local supplier, made with fresh, carefully selected ingredients.

The middle floor is home to the beautifully designed kitchen, fully equipped with every modern convenience needed to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a full family meal. The open-plan living and dining area includes a table seating up to eight guests, along with a cosy lounge space for watching TV or simply spending time together. There is also a library room with a collection of board games and an extra drinks fridge

On the lower floor is the fifth bedroom, furnished with bunk beds, with a separate bathroom just across the hall. This level also features a cinema room, a laundry area, a practical boot room, and a dedicated study—ideal for anyone who needs to work remotely during their stay.

In summer, the large private garden offers plenty of space to unwind, dine outdoors, or enjoy a game with family and friends. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden games provided, including a table tennis table and basketball hoop. In winter, it becomes a magical spot for building snowmen, making snow angels, and enjoying the snowy surroundings.

The outdoor spa area is ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. Enjoy the barrel sauna, soak in the hot tub, and refresh under the outdoor shower—especially welcome after a full day on the slopes.

There is also a lovely outdoor seating and dining area for relaxed al fresco meals, while a swing seat beneath one of the trees provides a peaceful spot to curl up with a good book.

A car is recommended for reaching the ski areas in the winter and the lakes & local activities in the summer.

In the village, there is a fabulous local restaurant and pizza place within walking distance.

Skiing:

The closest ski access is via the Col de l'Encrenaz chairlift offering direct access to the Mont Chéry ski area and Les Gets. This is a 10 minute drive from the chalet, heading up through La Côte d'Arbroz.

Access to the Portes du Soleil ski area is a short drive away, reached in minutes by the Ardent gondola in close-by Montriond.


Biking:

Morzine is just a 10-minute drive away, with Les Gets only a further five minutes on—making access to world-class mountain biking effortless.

Summer:

In summer, the chalet is the perfect base for enjoying everything Morzine and the surrounding area have to offer. Thrill-seekers can enjoy Alpine rollercoasters, mountain go-karting and, of course, MTB, while those looking for a slower pace can choose from peaceful hikes, lake swims, paddle-boarding and local yoga classes.

There is plenty to enjoy at the chalet, too, including a selection of garden games and several short scenic walks right on the doorstep.
