« We really enjoyed staying here. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with one of the windows not closing all the way and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. The area is beautiful and we definitely recommend staying here. »

« We enjoyed a relaxing couple of days at the Mountain View Retreat. We enjoyed the snacks (especially the muffins) and relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the view. We checked out a couple of the restaurants the host recommended, and were pleased with both. The space was just right for our family of four, and we appreciated the cozy fireplace to take the chill off of rainy fall days. « The house was clean and comfortable. I love the quiet neighborhood, and some of the local bunnies made a daily appearance. The property is just far enough but not too far out of town, where you feel like you're in the country. I would stay here again! »

« Amazing property surrounded by nature. Very private and quiet. Close to Hatcher Pass so you can recreate like the locals but still have easy access to the highway. Very clean with comfortable couches and beds. Well maintained. Closest grocery stores are in Wasilla so make sure you stop on the way in if coming from the south. »

« An interesting property! Definitely still being developed, were are excited to see how it looks when it's all done! The house itself was nice, very modern, no TV. Three of us stayed here, one on the futon. We were hoping there would be some kind of bedding for the futon, but we had to supply some ourselves. Futon was also uncomfortable and crumby from the last guests - I suggest you bring a camping pad if you have a third person with you. Deck was nice as there is no other space to comfortably...

« This was a great property for our two-couple group to stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay long as it was just a stopping point between Homer and Denali, but we did get to check out Hatcher Pass on our way out which we would definitely recommend to others. We enjoyed the many amenities and clean, like-new furnishings of this home. Thank you for making the stop easy for us! »
