« The owner should have warned about 24/7 ear-splitting noise which began on Wednesday and continued through Sunday morning, when we left 3 days early. No hot tub. The dingy, old and broken furniture and fixtures did NOT match the photos. We spoke to the owner about the lack of a hot tub upon arrival. He blamed VRBO. « This Penthouse is in excellent condition, very clean, fully equiped, nice decor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The public and recreational areas are in very good condition and clean, swimming pool is nice and big. the complex is beach front which is very convinient. »

« We enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor space, very nice . However the condo itself needs some maintenance: the water pressure in the master bathroom was low and could not keep a consistent temperature in the shower. The balcony sliding door would not latch shut and kitchen cabinet handles were broken…… a little TLC would go a long way! »

« The property is removed from the main street. Very secure as you have to pass through a gate manned by a guard 24/7. The pool is small, but perfect for relaxation. The pool is shared among 3 other casitas that share a common courtyard. We were always able to enjoy the pool hottub whenever we wanted.
