  • Cozy, clean cottage with room for 4-5 right on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located just five minutes outside of Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. One bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a queen sized futon in the living room. Smart TV, WiFi, washer, dryer, plenty of outdoor seating and a stocked kitchen.

The property was beautiful. Perfect lake views from the house and hot tub area. Was able to really enjoy the lake area. Jerry was great and timely with his communication and made sure everything was ready for our stay. Our dogs loved the water and being able to swim in the lake. The fenced in yard was great.

Absolutely beautiful property! The host was an exceptional communicator, and he left the warmest welcome packet. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and the vibes. Also took a trip to kitchi-iti-kipi and visited a couple lighthouses. 10-10 highly recommend

Right off the highway, this little gem is a great place to relax or use as a home base to explore all that the UP has to offer. Eski is a short drive for all the creature comforts of the city. Drive on any other direction or just hang out on the hot tub patio and indulge in all of nature's glory. Great spot. Handi accessible.

Stayed here as a little getaway for my birthday, with my husband, son, and our dog. We loved the hot tub! So user-friendly. Our pup loved having a backyard to run around in. The property, though right next to the restaurant next door, is very private. Pizza at Breezy point was excellent! Only wish we'd been able to eat there again as they were closed Sunday and Monday. But we would love to go back. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The smell from the artesian well water in the kitchen takes a little getting used to but really not a big deal. Overall terrific stay!

Absolutely loved it!

Great place, and excellent location. Awesome hospitality and so much fun! An excellent get away to enjoy the country, chase some waterfalls and visit historic sites.

Jerry helped make out stay welcoming and easy to communicate with if I had questions. Jerry welcomes us with a card and bottle of wine, that was very thoughtful! the cabin was wonderful we loved every part of the home, and the hot tub was wonderful to enjoy at in the evening on the private deck and lights just make so special and relaxing.Thank you for making our stay so awesome!Dana

I can’t say enough about both the host, Jerry, and his house! Check in and out were easy, communication was great as well. He made us feel right at home! The price is very reasonable considering you get a clean, well appointed, pet friendly house, gorgeous lake view with seating and fire pits, a secure fenced in backyard as well as a hot tub on the deck. I’m happy to say that the gas barbecue grill was spotless and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. Oh, did I mention that Jerry also owns the restaurant right next door?!?! The wood fired pizza is amazing and we loved the fish fry as well! Most of all, we were well cared for by the amazing staff!!! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! Thank you, Jerry!!!

Very nice and clean place to stay right outside of Escanaba. Beautiful view of the bay with nice hot tub to relax in in the morning and evenings. It was also really nice to have a restaurant right next door with good food. We will be using this rental again when staying in the UP!
