« The backyard was not usable for our dog while being advertised as pet friendly. The fencing had holes that would have allowed the dog to get out.The from bedroom had damage, a repair maybe, and material kept falling onto the bed and floor. The upstairs bathroom floor moved and we didn’t trust using it for showers. We never heard back from the owner about the backyard issue. »

« The house was perfect size for our family. It is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. You could hear the train a couple times- this didn’t bother us. Our only hiccup was the oven would work. We contacted owners and they tried to get it fixed but were unable to get someone out over our weekend stay. « We enjoyed our visit at Olivia's rental. The Instructions made it so easy to get there and to find and operate everything we needed. We loved the large/ roomy bathroom, comfortable beds, and the fenced yard for our little pekingese. We felt right at home! »

« Could not access the property for three days. Was not able to connect with the local property manager or with Virgo. Had to find other accommodations. When I finally got the code the lock box wouldn’t open at first until several attempts. Will not use this service again. The worst! »

« The kitchen was not fully equipped, the freezer had food spills on the shelves, there were not any trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher soap. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, lots of areas where it looked liked it wasn’t swept. There weren’t any handovers or washcloths.
