This charming and secure villa, situated 3km from the scenic fishing village of Kilada, features 7 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an additional WC, spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, BBQ amenities, a landscaped garden, and recreational facilities including table tennis, a football table, and a tennis court. Covering 620m?, the villa is elegantly furnished, with air conditioning in all areas and can comfortably accommodate up to 17 guests.


Villa Mamasana is conveniently located about 450m from the inviting, crystal-clear waters of Doroufi and Vrochitsa beaches. These family-friendly sandy beaches, shielded from the Argolic Gulf, are nestled in calm coves ideal for safe enjoyment by younger visitors. The areas favorable climate is perfect for water sports, thanks to its milder winds compared to the Aegean Sea.


Villa Layout:
- Main Level: Includes a kitchen, living room, WC, and 4 en suite bedrooms with sea view terraces, accommodating 8 guests.
- Upper Level: Features a master en suite bedroom with a walk-in closet and sea view balcony, ideal for 2 guests.
- Ground Level: A playroom with home cinema, 1 en suite bedroom with sea view terrace, 1 en suite dormitory, and a laundry room, suitable for 6+1 guests.


The villa offers the flexibility to combine two single beds into a double bed in every room and add extra beds, camp beds, or baby cots as needed.


Services Included:

- Daily cleaning and housekeeping, with linen and towel changes every three days.
- Complimentary shopping/delivery service for groceries and fresh fish.
- Pre-stocking of groceries.
- Concierge services to assist guests with day-to-day needs (advanced notice required for specific requests).


Services upon extra cost:

- Transportation.
We can arrange transportation from the airport to the villa (the trip from Athens is 2.5hrs long) and hire cars waiting for the guests there when they arrive.

- Boat chartering - With a variety of different boats to choose (size, engine, skipper, etc.). Moreover, with a further discussion we might be able to provide equipment for different kind of water sports (e.g. water ski)

- Cooking service - Specializes in Traditional Greek Cuisine.

- Winery list - We offer a variety of local wines for our guests to choose on their stay.

- Wedding ceremonies - Upon discussion, we are happy to have private wedding ceremonies and events up to 35 people in our villas.

- A big variety of water games and gadgets - We can arrange underwater scooters, jet boards, big inflatable games and more for you to use.

- Wellbeing /Fitness services tailored to suit all ages/levels. Featuring:
