« Beautiful updated home near the lake with all the kitchen supplies needed for family meals. Laura went above and beyond to make sure our two kids had snacks, games, a fire pit supplies at the property. She really makes the house feel welcoming, including bday sign for my husband! There were also lots supplies and we didn't need to purchase or bring anything additional. The upstairs rooms are warmer than downstairs but equipped with HVAC so can be remedied. We felt safe and relaxed the whole...

« This house was perfect for our stay in Erie. Gathering for my parent's memorial service, we needed multiple houses in Erie to help accommodate our family and Janelle's properties were ideal. Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. Janelle is a gracious host who always responded quickly to any questions or request. I highly recommend this property and will reach out to Janelle again the next time...

« The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub. The property manager was wonderful. »

« This property had everything we were looking for. Beautiful views, quiet location, peaceful walks. The house had everything we could possibly need. The Wifi went out briefly, but Adele was immediately on the phone with Spectrum getting it sorted. Would not hesitate to stay again. »

« I booked this home for my children spring break trip and let me just say I was IMPRESSED! The home was so neat and clean , near all types of stores and malls. We went to splash lagoon which was only about 15 minutes from the home. Very kid friendly , overall 10/10! »

« Cute little house perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and well kept. Lake Erie a short walk. Large yard and lovely deck. We stayed there for the eclipse so didn't explore the town. Hosts live nearby and are very nice. »
