« I had a wonderful stay at this Bay View House  in the Galápagos Islands. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Galápagos. »

« Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks! »

« A great place to stay... although it is indeed a hotel, it felt more like a b+b. Neri took good care of us and made excellent breakfasts every morning, served early when needed so that we could participate in tours. Great location and a wonderful place to stay. »

« After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. The owner was not on site, so I ended up having to share the room with my friend instead of...
