We provide kids/baby supplies, pet supplies (as mentioned earlier), dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. 2. A security deposit of $500 is required. You will receive an email after booking to provide your information. This deposit serves as a hold, not a deduction from your account. It is placed one day before your arrival and released following your stay if there are no damages to the property and the house rules are adhered to.
3. We do not offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
4. While the Wi-Fi generally provides fast and reliable service, occasional spottiness may occur due to the rural location.
5. We strictly enforce occupancy limits and do not allow unauthorized guests. We apologize for any inconvenience, but no exceptions can be made.

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond the homeowner's control may arise. In such cases, the homeowner will make every effort to resolve them but cannot be held liable.

Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.
