« Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. « I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. Doreen, i cant thank you enough for your help and awesome service. Will definitely stay again, thank you team Admas »

« Très bonne option au départ ou à l’arrivée en ouganda. Resto de l’hotel en front de lac et plein de petits restos aux alentours. Petite piscine propre. Personnel sympathique. Simple, agréable et bon rapport qualité-prix. »
