The hotel had an old time charm to it and was located in a nice area. But with old time charm came many maintenance issues and aggravations. Toilet ran continuously, air conditioning sounded like a truck coming through the room and the shower curtain was too small and there was no way to shower without flooding the bathroom floor. Front desk staff was not helpful, but the staff working in the breakfast restaurant and the bars were very nice. The one restaurant was never open during our stay.
