Known for its boating lifestyle, quiet canals, and easy access to Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it’s a favorite among those who love being on the water. The neighborhood offers a relaxed, old-Florida feel with friendly locals, nearby marinas, and beautiful spots to watch the sunset. You’ll be just minutes from Manasota Key beaches, local seafood restaurants, and small-town shops, all while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of this hidden gem on the Gulf Coast.

Just four miles from the Gulf beaches, this home offers unbeatable deep-water canal access to Lemon Bay and Stump Pass, the perfect location to experience all the beauty and adventure of Florida’s Gulf Coast!

Your home away from home features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite is a serene retreat with private lanai access, dual sinks, quartz countertops, and a walk-in tile shower. Two additional guest bedrooms offer plenty of space for family or friends, one featuring direct lanai access and a king bed. The updated guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, as well as easy lanai access for quick poolside convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed (55in smart TV)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen and 1 Full bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 King bed (55in smart TV)
- Living Room: Queen-sized pull-out sofa

Indoor Living:
- 2 separate living room areas, each with a 75-inch smart TV for you to sign into any of your streaming services.
- Dining room with seating for 8
- Games for all ages
- Books

Outdoor Living:
- New Saltwater heated pool. Heating to 75 degrees included in rate. Fee based on length of stay for higher heat setting.
- Screen lanai with dining space (with seating for 10) and a gas grill. We provide a propane tank, but you may need to fill it.
- Canal front with a dock and space for your boat

Eat-In Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, toaster oven.
- Drip coffee maker and basic espresso machine
- Full set of cookware, dishware & flatware, knives (6 steak), muffin tin, bakeware, measuring cups, reusable containers, plastic cups for the pool area, utensils for small children.
- trash bags, paper towels, ziplock bags.

Bathrooms:
- Primary bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and blow dryer.
- Guest bath features a tub and shower combo as well as easy lanai access and a blow dryer.

Boat Slip:
- Three pilings on the seawall will allow upto a 40ft boat. There are rubber bumpers on the pilings with tie-offs. There is also a ladder on the seawall to help get in and out of your boat. An additional dock extension to this area is coming soon.

General:
- High Speed Internet/wifi
- Central A/C & heating, ceiling fans in both living rooms and each bedroom
- Washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board
- Linens, bath towels, pool towels, make-up wash cloths

Parking:
- Garage (1 vehicle)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.

Other noteworthy items:
- No smoking inside the house, use ashtrays outside
- No parties or events
- While we love your furry friends, we have decided, for the comfort of all guests, that no pets are allowed.
- There are safety alarms on the sliding glass doors going out to the pool. If you do not have young children and wish to deactivate these, you can simply unplug the receiver. We do not recommend deactivating them if you have young children. No running around the pool area. No diving! Use the pool at your own risk. Always monitor children.

Grove City is very easy to get around by car or bike. The neighborhood is very walkable, and you can take your boat to many waterfront restaurants.
